We do not accept returns; we will however happily resize a bracelet if you have ordered the wrong size at a price of £5 per bracelet plus postage.
If you change your mind you may cancel your purchase within 24 hours of processing your order.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Every bracelet is custom made with a lot of love & personalised for you from scratch. Please read the product information carefully and send detailed personalisation information. If there is anything that you are unsure of please send a message and I will answer as quickly as I can.
Our beads are very small & a potential choking hazard for children. Please do not leave a child alone with our bracelets. We cannot recommend purchasing bracelets for children under 5 as they are very small beads, but this is of course at your risk
Within our standard personalised section we use painted glass & plated metals. Please read our care section carefully. Our luxury higher end items are Gold Filled & Sterling Silver beads- these beads with not fade, peel or tarnish but look after them and give them the longevity they deserve.
Painted Glass beads:
Because our beads are painted glass the colours will fade over time. Our accent beads and hanging charms may also tarnish and discolour as these are plated metals. We do suggest refraining from getting your beads wet, spraying perfumes directly on them, avoiding contact with creams or large amounts of moisture.
Gold Filled & Sterling Silver beads:
Gold Filled & Sterling Silver beads are much more durable than other plated metals as they will not fade or peel & are tarnish resistant. If you look after you Gold Filled & Sterling Silver jewellery it can last you a life time.
We offer a free of charge restringing service on our luxe 14ct gold filled / sterling silver items if over time your bracelet has been over stretched and/or you would like to add new lettering. If you have ordered an incorrect size we would need to charge £5 per bracelet. Please note that we do not cover the cost of postage on restringing.
