Restringing

Description

We offer a restringing service if:

• Your bracelet has overstretched or broken
• You’d like to change the lettering
• You’d like to adjust the size

Important: If you have ordered the wrong size, please note that we cannot exchange it for a different size free of charge. Resizing requires a restringing service plus the cost adjustment of the bracelet. 

Within 6 months of purchase:

We offer one free restringing service (for overstretching, breakages, or lettering changes). Please email: hello@loverubyross.co.uk before sending your bracelet.

Over 6 months from purchase:

Restringing costs apply. Please purchase the service, then post your item(s) to: 32 Totteridge Lane, London, N20 9QJ

If your bracelet is missing beads after breaking, we’ll assess once received and contact you about any extra costs for replacement beads.

Please include:

• A note with your requested changes
• Your original order number
• Your contact information

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
