Restringing

Description

We offer a restringing service if you have over stretched your bracelet or you would like to change the lettering or size of your bracelet.

If your bracelet has been purchased within the last 6 months we offer a free restringing service, please email: hello@loverubyross.co.uk

If your bracelet is older than 6 months and has over stretched/ been broken / lettering has faded or you want to amend the size or change lettering please pay and then post your item/s to 32 Totteridge Lane, London, N20 9QJ

Please add a note explaining your amendments and or changes and include your original order number and contact information.

I would suggest sending your items via a trackable service, I cannot be accountable for Royal Mail.
